MISSION: To break down financial and social barriers to golf by providing free league play,
training, and equipment to youth ages 12–18 across Colorado.
WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
The 2026 Youth Golf League Initiative will launch free, 6-week leagues for youth playersacross Colorado. These leagues will include:
• Weekly 9-hole play (spring and summer seasons) • Local golf pros providing instruction and mentorship • Equipment provided or loaned for players without access • A welcoming and encouraging environment focused on fun, learning, and growth Community connections and ongoing opportunities to stay involved in the game

WHY IT MATTERS
Golf has long been seen as inaccessible to many due to high costs, exclusive culture, andlimited youth programming. We are changing that. This initiative will:
•Provide structured, positive after-school activity• Promote physical and mental well-being through sport• Build self-confidence, friendships, and community• Introduce the game to kids who might not otherwise have access
ALIGNMENT WITH HEALTH EQUITY GOALS
Our work addresses key social determinants of health: • Economic Stability: Free participation and gear eliminates financial barriers• Education & Mentorship: Structured programs and trained mentors• Community Connection: Youth build lasting relationships through sport• Neighborhood & Built Environment: Accessible local courses become hubs foryouth engagementIMPACT GOALS (2026 SEASON)
• Enroll 50–100 youth across two 6-week seasons• Provide free play and coaching for 100% of participants• Supply equipment for all players who need it• Engage 10+ golf pros as mentors and role modelsFUNDING NEEDS & USE OF FUNDS
To launch the 2026 Youth Golf League, we are raising funds for:
• Course fees and league operations• Youth golf club sets, balls, tees, bags, and apparel• Instructor stipends and background checks• Transportation support and scholarship coverage (as needed)• Swag and league prizes to build excitement and retention
HOW TO SUPPORT
• Become a sponsor of the initiative or specific league location
• Donate raffle prizes, equipment, or gift cards to help raise funds
• Attend or support the GGC Summer Scramble on July 25, 2025, at Arrowhead Golf
Club
• Spread the word to schools, businesses, and youth organizations in Colorado
EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS
Go Golf Colorado is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All funds raised go directly into supporting youth
participation and building the foundation of this program. We believe in transparency,
accountability, and community reinvestment.
